I'm trying to install a program called NEURON on Ubuntu 8.10 32bit and have run into a snag
I tried to install from source as well as the rpm (using alien)
I installed all dependencies needed to compile from source that worked eventually
My problem is when I try and compile a model (nrnivmodl <model_directory>) I get a message
'make: *** No rule to make target 'HH2.mod', needed by 'HH2.lo'. stop
I'm not a complete newbe any ideas would be great
I've looked through the makefiles and couldn't find anything wrong (that I could tell, not a programmer)
