System Crashed - Moving LVM

I have 3 drives running in my Ubuntu 8.10 64-bit system. My primary drive failed along with my Motherboard (ack! i know. two different problems, but they are both getting replaced). I am getting replacement parts today and will be reloading Ubuntu, but my other two drives are striped in an LVM. As far as I know, the drives are fine, but I would like to recover the LVM so as to get the data out of them. LVM is not something I am completely comfortable with, so I would greatly appreciate any help or pointers so as to retrieve the LVM config and get that guy back online and mounted.
