I posted this in the Hardware & Laptop forum but haven't had anyone respond to in in over 3 days now so I thought I may have posted in the wrong forum. The link to the post is:

Do I need to repost everything here or another forum? Please give me some directions, I do not want to voilate forum rules/policy but I sure would appreciate some help with this issue.
