Emerald on ubuntu?

How do I get emerald on Ubuntu? It didn't some up when I searched with synaptic, I assume it's not in the repos? Is installing Emerald even recommended on Ubuntu? If not, are there any other fancy-pancy decorators that would work with Compiz and Ubuntu?
