If you were forced to select only five applications to run on your machine, what would they be. I'll make it easy and let you have a browser and email client as well.

That's easy:
Konqueror
You can do anything with it; from editing text, whtching videos, listening to music...
As long it's nothing flash related. :D

Then again I think that Konqueror does all those things with other apps that provide this Kparts installed.
