I have the latest version of Cedega but when i have it run diagonostics it says test failed but i have Nvidia graphics cards, not sure y it does not see them, they are evga nvidia 6800s i have 2 sli linked. not sure what to do about it, i dont want to download drives cause that caused my entire system to crash, i was lucky to get everything back up and running only took 5 hrs.
My computer says No proprietary drivers are in use on this system.
The cedegra gets errors: no direct rendering support detected
: unsupported video card vendor: unknown

any thoughts on what to do about this?

Moved to the WINE forum.

You're gonna need to properly install your video drivers before anything like this will work.
Search around the forums there are thousands of threads on the topic of installing nvidia drivers and probably a few dozen howtos.

Cedega users should use the official Transgaming Cedega forum.

So why pay for a flawed, outdated, and unsupported product?
Sounds like a crap deal to me.
