hey i had a problem... when i start ubuntu desktop there is an error message will appear for the update manager... how can i solve this type of error?

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

Open a Terminal, and run there:

sudo dpkg --configure -a
as suggested.

Next time, please consider more specific text for the 'Subject'.
The 'Error occured' does not say much.
