That's it. I'm just curious that everything on this website has something to do with coffee or coffee beans. Be it the forum rating on your number of posts, or the names of the different forums. What's with that?
Not that I'm against it or anything, hehe

From post #2 in the announcements: http://ubuntuforums.org/announcement.php?f=48

There tends to be a close connection between geeks and coffee, so that's where the theme came from. Yes, we know not everyone likes coffee, but it's just a silly thing.

:)That's what Jean-Luc Picard drinks.

I probably ingest more caffeine than most coffee drinkers but for some reason I can't stand Coffee, it initiates my gag reflex. I'm a stupid amount of Pepsi Max Man myself. Which is another Geek trait, "Too many Soft Drinks than is healthy" :P.

Tea is acceptable on certain occasions. Especially if it's not Peppermint Tea (Horrible Stuff).

I think it had to do with coders needing coffee to stay awake.

Also, the Intrepid default wall totally looks like a coffee stain.

Personally, before I joined the forums while making my search for an alternative OS, when I saw the name 'Ubuntu', it did sounded like a coffee name to me. Even after reading it's true meaning. Then I joined the forums, saw the coffee grains and got a laugh out of it. I think it's a cool association. I think it depends if you're a coffee person, that way you know you have it associated with far-away lands along with an exotic touch.

Mountain Dew is my caffeine source of choice when programming. Crack in a can, baby!

I stay awake by eating chocolate, not that it's healthier.
