Update Warning

I just got this message when I opened the Update Manager. The part that bugs me is that I don't recognize some of these updates. I do have Updates that I've put in myself (ex. Open Office). Can anyone assure me that it's good to go?

I did some further research and found out that all the unauthorized updates were Open Office updates.
