My video card is a Radeon HD 3470. I have tried
dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg followed by startx, which gives me the following errors:
(EE) VESA(0): No valid modes
(EE) Screen found, but none have a usable config
Fatal Server error:
No screens found
giving up.
xinit: connection refused (errno 111): unable to connect to X server
xinit: no such process (errno 3): server error
How do fix this so I successfully boot into a Live graphical environment?
