i am trying to overclock my system but am unable to find instructions that comply with my mobos bios!! PLEASE HELP

Overclocking is not an OS issue; it's strictly related to hardware. It's also specific to your motherboard, the version of the BIOS, the type and amount of memory used, and other such details. It's not something that has anything really to do directly with Linux or Ubuntu.

To do anything at all, you will need to be able to determine the information above. You need to start with the make and model of your motherboard. If you don't have that info, don't attempt overclocking.
