Okay nobody replyed to me in beginner talk so here it is:
Hi all. yesterday I put my computer into hibernate mode. When i came back this afternoon the hibernate had actually shut off the computer. when I turned it back on, a whole new desktop configuration was in place and I can't open the settings manager to fix it. Nor can i right click in the desktop to open the desktop manager. when I click on the settings manager all the windows flash to a different config and then back again to the unwanted type. Please help me!

update: I have found out that I cannot run anything in my systems folder either.
