How to install a WINDOWS program

I'm about to retire my old, MS based computer. The new one is already running ONLY ubuntu ~ and it's GREAT.
however, I need to install some Windows-based programs, so my question(s) is/are: HOW TO ?

The program that's giving me the biggest issues is:
QUICKEN - Rental Property Manager, ver. 2.0

Any ideas ?

ok, I installed the trial version and works.
you need to install wine and then simply type wine program_installer.exe
