Radius server with Chilispot Hotspot

Hi,

I doing installation for radius server. I follow this tutorial.
Radius Server and ChillispotHotspot (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/ChillispotHotspot/6.06)

But i getting error.Can anyone help me?
