why is Pcmanfm way faster than Thunar & Dolphin.
just to transfer a file to my usb takes so long using Dolphin. a little faster on Thunar... and super fast via Pcmanfm.
in Dolphin... i can't even tell if the file transfer is complete... there seems to be no progress bar that automatically pops-up... unlike Thunar and PCmanfm.
although i am getting to love KDE 4.2, dolphin is really slooooow.
that is why to transfer files... i use pcmanfm and sometimes even switch my session to lxde to speed-up everything.
