View Full Version : [ubuntu] desktop effects could not be enabled - nvidia geforce go 7600

Hello

I've the above error if I try to enable the visual effects to custom in System>Preferences>Appearance for compiz...

when I type in compiz in a terminal I get the following output:

I've already installed xserver-xgl according to several posts...but it doesn't work.

Any suggestions on this problem?
