View Full Version : Difference between Java Flash player and Windows Silverlight

Does anyone know why Microsoft made Windows Silverlight? I would have never guessed Microsoft making something like this because of the popular use of the EDIT: Adobe Flash player. I don't know it may just be me... but I was just wondering if anyone else has thought about this because it seems pointless to me.

Its Adobe Flash Player, not Java

Sorry yea I just realized that I don't know what I was thinking lol. I meant Adobe Flash player. Is that not the most popular?
