I googled "matrix nmap", the images i found show a very minimalistic and hacker like desktop. I allready have most of it, but i can't find some icons that match. Any ideas????

Have you tried the "high contrast inverse" icon theme? It comes standard on Ubuntu installs, but not on Mint which I see you are using... I can't find it on gnome-look, but I can upload it here for you if you'd like.
I've attached a screenshot that shows some of the icons. Let me know if you're interested...

It seems pretty odd to me that there isn't a cool Matrix theme at all. I'm still looking for some icons pack...

Its pretty easy to make your own Matrix-like Ubuntu theme with the standard windows borders and controls and by making the color scheme green and black. Just pick a control set that allows you to actually see the control when everything is black, like Crux. I'm still looking for a suitable icon set though.
