Hi!!

When I started firestarter, I noticed that it showed that gnome-panel was making an active net connection on port 80. Why would gnome-panel need to make a net connection??

Can someone please help me on this?? I am particularly worried that someone has installed a trojan/spyware on my system.

It could be the clock if you're running off NTP, or the weather applet. Other than that, I'm not sure.

I'm running both ntp and the weather applet. I guess that must be it.

Thank You!!!
