Cleaning quarntined virus in Clamav?

I scanned my home directory with clamav and found 1 virus. I got it quarantined. I see there is an option to clean quarantine folder.

What would happen if cleaned the quarantine folder?

It will delete the file. At least that is what it did last time I looked.
