Ok I am a newbie yes but I want to do something, what I want to do is, since I have installed stuff, mp3 codec, mpg etc etc. Now I want to compile the whole Os that is being installed in my pc with all extras that i have installed, i want to make a bootable
Cd to install it in other pc. Actualy make an ubuntu cd out of the ubuntu that I have installed in my pc

Good luck compressing all that stuff pal! Canonical had a hard time packing all that inside!
Make a tarball with a script instead.

Have a look here for a tutorial on remastering, once you've done that you want to see about turning it into a live distro.

Rather that creating a Live CD, what about installing to a USB memory stick and making it persistant? That way you take you computer everywhere you go! For more info have a look here:
