I think I'm trying to do something pretty reasonable here:
I'd like my screenlets to always be below all windows except when I hit F9. Then I want them to come to the front and I'd like all other windows to dim.
Is that possible? If not, is anybody willing to make it possible? I assume this would be with a simple modification of the "Widget Layer" compiz plugin to add a boolean option: Never Hide Widget Layer.
