Is there anything like the Mac wallsaver app for ubuntu??

I havnt seen an app like wallsaver, but here's a guide on how to set a screensaver as a background... however you won't have the features found in wallsaver http://lifehacker.com/software/linux-tip/use-a-screensaver-as-desktop-wallpaper-299410.php
