.....um.... Why, exactly would you want to install that anyone. Ubuntu has several dock options and installing a Windows dock, if it works, would only allow you to put Windows programs on the dock. Any attempt to use Ubuntu programs would probably crash it. There is cairo-dock, avant-windows-navigator, and docky from gnome-do. They are all good options. I use docky.
