Intel 945GM with Ubuntu

I want to install Ubuntu with Intel 945GM ChipSet (Intel Core 2 duo , 120 GB,1 GB DDR2).
Is there any problem associated with Intel 945GM and Ubuntu..?

I have installed Ubuntu 8.10 (and 8.04) on a Toshiba laptop based on the 945 chipset family and never had any problems.
