Hi folks,

It would appear that my main beefs have already been discussed back in Dapper...

Look for the thread "Unnecessary QA work". appears that my complaint against developers expecting end-users to do all this spadework has been found by others coming from the support side of the IT industry...

Should we be going to this model maybe? Esp as Ubuntu hits the big-time more...
