Kohjinsha SH610BHC can't get key code of multimedia keys

I am trying to make the "Launcher","Shutter" and "Rotation" key functional. However, when i try to scan the key code, this three keys do not response their code. Just like no key are pressed => Nothing happen.
What should i do then? :???:Are this three keys need a driver to drive it?:(
