Dual boot Unetbootin

Is there a way i can make unetbootin one one flash drive have two boot images, for example, can I have a single USB flash drive that has Mepis and React OS (and maybe Ubuntu, although I already have a CD) provided I haave sufficient free space?

I would just do one, then add the other manually (without UNetbootin.) I'm not sure how else to do it.

There sure is a way to multi-boot a flash drive using UNetbootin.
