It's been a while since I've done any work with multiple monitors under Ubuntu. My setup is a laptop with a 15" 4:3 display and a second 16" 16:9. The 4:3 is the primary display and thus VLC automatically full screens to it rather than to the 16:9.
What setting or file do I have to alter to change which display is the primary.
