copy and restore ubuntu form wubi installation.

Dear expert, i have successfully instll ubuntu 8:10 using wubi installer. It work ok but i am wondering how to backup and restore my current ubuntu OS to a traditional way of linix installation like create my own linux partition and swap partition instead of using wubi install as application on windows xp (virtual disk). Any suggestion? I love my setting now and i have done tons of updates for days.

You need to change the virtual disk to a real one - never done it myself, but the information is here
