I am having issues with the WUBI installer (amd64). After booting into Ubuntu and running the installer I notice these symptoms:
udevd-event[6310]: run_program: '/sbin/modprobe' abnormal exit
Freezes at: pan0: dropping NetIF_F_UFO since no NETIF_F_HW_CSUM feature.
I realize this is probably nowhere near enough information, unfortunately I do not know how to get the required log files that would give enough information. Also, when I attempted again the [6310] changed to [6218]. I'm not sure if that information is useful or not. Either way.. Any points or ideas? ^_^

PS: Hardy installs just fine, but there is no support for my wusb54gs 64 bit. <.<
