Hi All,
I have developed a Java Swing Application using NetBeans 6.5 on Ubuntu that uses the Nimbus look and feel. When run this on Ubuntu it looks cool and I don't have any problems with it but when I run the same app on XP a lot of the graphical components don't show correctly, i.e. they look smudged, squashed, overly dark or are missing.
The JVM installed on the XP machine is version 6 update 12 and on the Ubuntu machine its build 1.6.0_10-b33.
Has anybody else had this problem or has anybody heard on anybody else experiencing the same difficulty. I've done a few searches but can't find anything related to my problem. Nimbus was supposed to be cross platform!
Thanks in advance,
MrFred.
