Hi everyone,
I've just installed Mathematica 7 on my Ubuntu 8.04 box. When i open a gnome-terminal and type mathematica to launch the program, i get this error:
steeve@steeve-laptop:~$ mathematica
/usr/local/Wolfram/Mathematica/7.0/SystemFiles/FrontEnd/Binaries/Linux/Mathematica: error while loading shared libraries: libaspell.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Mathematica in console mode run without a hitch. I've tried to install the libaspell.dev binary to see if it resolve my issue...no luck there.
Anyone know how i can fix this?
Thanks for the help.
