Hi ,

I want to write in Polish using OpenOffice.

Until now i used Word to do the job , but since i want to work only with Ubuntu i need this help.

In Polish u can write normally , also you can combine Alt+L (or Alt+<other letter> ) and you get a letter similar to L but its being pronounced differently.

The problem is that i don't want it to affect my keyboard shortcuts.

So i need help in (1) Writing in Polish (2) Solving the combination problem i mentioned above.

THANKS!

I'm not familiar with Polish. Have you tried consulting the documentation?

I don't know how you would do it but I can tell you where you might find information:

www.openoffice.org

They have quite a bit of information on their site.

Hope that helps.
