kde4 panel spacer (plasmoid)?

Hi,

Is it possible to add spacer (plasmoids) in panels? Currently, all plasmoids seem to auto-fill a certain amount of space, so I can't position them at will on the panel. Other solutions than a spacer are also welcome.

It would be, yes, but it gets recognized as an unknown plasmoid (white cross on red background) and not as the spacer plasmoid...
