I just started the switch from windows to ubuntu this last week. Created a dual boot system cause I am not ready to completely leave windows since I am still very uncomfortable with linux. I have been having all kinds of trouble getting the thing to work right but every problem has been solved with a little patience and searching these forums. I had trouble with Firefox not working, fixed. Couldn't get my dual monitor setup working, fixed. Had trouble with my wireless usb card, fixed. Couldn't get my printer to work, fixed. Everything works fine now thanks to all the help that I got from searching the forums here. I just had to post a little note offering my sincere thanks to all the members of these forums who have made my transition to Ubuntu much easier and pain free.
