How can i get that nice quick launch

I want to ave that exact same quick launch (i want it at the top in my case)
the crapy one that u do with a new task bar look like shi@$% and is so slow to show and hide, so im looking an osx-look-like one like here thanks!!!

you can download cairo dock.
just google it and find a suitable site to download it from since i dont have an exact site off the top of my head
