How do I get this environment in my Ubuntu?

Hello guys.

I'm starter in ubuntu, so if it sounds like something very stupid to afford, be quiet istead offend me

I saw a video in youtube in which appeared an ubuntu with the appearence of Mac os leopard. I want to get it in my computer. I thought it was gonna happen when i get Compix fusion, but now i have it and the appearence of muy desktop cant be further from leopard.

I'm specially aiming to the toolbar which is lovely. I'd like to be a geek to afford it by myself, but meanwhile I'd like you to help me, folks.

The dock is called AWN, search for it in synaptic. ( system >> admin >> synaptic ) and install it. THe theme is here:
