Creative Zen

I was wondering how i can connect my Creative Zen 4GB to my computer? When i connect it to the computer it doesn't recognize the Zen. I have downloaded Gnomad2 and it says "No jukeboxes found on USB bus".None of the other codes people have given work.

Please help me.

This is a terribly old forum, but, for what it's worth, I just got my Creative Zen to be recognized right off in 11.10. I was able to swap files in and out without a problem. Gnomad2 also works.
