how to make Mono developer better

what can i do to make mono better, i want:

1.to make the auto-complete with little tips on the functions show up
2.be able to fold functions
3.what can i do with repositories ?

these are the main thing that i need but if u have any other thing that will make my life easier i would like to hear it, and thx in advance.

Also 1) PLEASE indicate clearly what you mean to say. Mono and Monodevelop are two totally distinct projects, you can't use the terms interchangably

2) If you want to improve it, talk to upstream
