Compiz, what is this...

Hi, i have little problem when i enable cube reflection and deformation to set up caps transparency. i don't know what to do, i have different video card now so this is definitely the system

ubuntu 8.10
compiz 1.0.7.8

or tell me someone how to setup transparent bottom cap without enable cube reflection and deformation.

I had that happen to me. It's like Compiz doesn't startup right or something. I just restarted and it worked after that. Does it do that right away, or does it happen later on in the session?

it starts right away, when i disable cube reflection and deformation its fine

Yeah, it's not starting up right or your video card doesn't like the idea of processing that much.
