Hi everyone!

I wanted to know if anyone knows a good icon theme making tutorial. I've got a little bit of an idea about how icon themes work from looking at other themes.

I would like to make an icon theme by myself, but I don't know all of the directory/file names or how exactly icons are arranged within the folders of the theme.

You can get naming conventions for the freedesktop icon themes, ones that GNOME uses. Also, it's better to start an icon set by copying existing one and swapping the icons with your ones. Sadly, I haven't found out how to do it using some kind of tool yet. That's what I'm looking for now. For now, do it the manual way. If I find anything interesting, I'm going to post it here.
