View Full Version : Any good names for a statistics amarok script?

So, well, yesterday I started making a Statistics script for Amarok2 (which I had missed since amarok1). I think it's not bad, and after a little polishing up I should probably upload it for everyone.

Now the thing is, I can *really* not think of a good name for it. I'd like a simple name. Not "Statistics" because the amarok team might want to use that name, not "Simple Statistics" for future-proof reasons, not "Trail's Statistics" or similar, because it sounds selfish. Then again, I can't think of any 'unique' characteristic to describe it with... (maybe "Tabbed Statistics"? but sounds kinda lame, and not to the point really).

Any ideas? No need for anything fancy, I'm just stuck.

I think a name needs to tell what the program does. Program names in linux are often very confusing.

I'd just call it Amarok Usage Statistics, so that if anybody searches the net (or the synaptics manager, or...) for something like that, it will be reported.

For the history, I called it "Rating Statistics". Available through Get More Scripts within amarok.
