newbie to ubuntu "restricted drivers available"

question i just installed ubuntu 8.10 and did all the updates. now i see at the top it says something about "restricted drivers available" should i installed those or should i use Envy to install my drivers for my nvidia cards. i have two 8800gts and want to have the best drivers for my cards.

I would use envy, it helped me a lot on my set-up.

I've never had any problems just installing from the restricted drivers tool.
