NOOB- how to run a c program in anjuta (i built it)

So i'm programming in anjuta which i really don't like! so first of if there is a better c ide please let me know. but anyways i built it but then when i say execute it says

arguments [text box]

what do i put in the text box! i tried the file name and the file name.c
