I really like it! What screenlets is he using? I have Gdesklets, but those look better.
I also would like to know what dock that is? It's very simple. I like it.

Edit: I like his icons too :P

The bottom thing looks like one of those Adobe Air programs.

I have no idea what dock that is.

Dock looks like it's wbar, which is more of a launcher.

The system monitor screenlets definitely look like Conky Mira, though, unless a version was released for screenlets. The program on the bottom is Snackr, an Adobe AIR scrolling RSS reader.

That clock looks like the mac clock you can install via add/remove.

For the dock, he may have modified KibaDock. For the 'screenlets' he MAY be using gdesklets.

You can get that clock in two ways, with screenlets or with cairo clock.
