Hi, I just installed ubuntu 7.04 on my dual boot (1disk 2partitions) pc. I had XP and WINDOWS 7. After the installation of Ubuntu, I decided to remove (format/delete) WINDOWS 7. But here is the problem. Now, everytime I start the pc I get GRUB error 17. I know the problem is because I removed WINDOWS 7. How do I fix GRUB? I have the pc on with the Ubuntu running from the live cd. Please Help, and thanks a lot.
Nevermind I just reinstalled ubuntu. But have a new problem. I'll start a new thread.
