Guys,

I've been a registered user here for some time, mostly lurking, but asking the occasional Ubuntu related question. I hope posting this request here is fine with the mods, if it isn't, then I humbly apologise.

Over the past few days, I've set up a website that may be of some interest to UbuntuForums users. It doesn't directly compete with UbuntuForums, which is a fine specialist site. However, the point of the webforum is to "fight ignorance", through debate, questions etc. Questions are asked where knowledgeable people in the field answer them. We're actually a spin off of another site, where the members got increasingly annoyed with how the site was run. We started 4 days ago, and currently have 400 members from the other site, and we are still growing, but we need more.

So, if it is OK with the mods, here, could I ask you to take a look at http://dombebo.net/forum and sign up? The more people we have signed up, the more broad the user base is and the chance that questions get answered and debates get debated by a specialist in the field is. I'm sure the purpose of the site will appeal to many of you technically minded people.

Thanks for your time!
