task bar

sorry for what will probably be a naive if not stupid question but i am not even sure what to call it or how to get it :( i am trying to use this theme for 8.04 http://www.compiz-themes.org/content/show.php/Dragon?content=98654 What I cannot seem to get or figure out is the task bar....thnx for any help

p.s I used "emerald --replace" but it reverts upon boot...what config file must i alter?..thnx

That Task bar seems to me , its the AWN one (http://code.google.com/p/avant-window-navigator/), that is the Avan Window Navigator.
For install instructions, take a look at this thread (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1082335), its really easy to install on Ubuntu.

Actually, it was stolen from that -no question about it, or perhaps, inspired by-, but, the picture really comes from the "Six million dollar man"/''The bionic woman" series, those were the really, really spooky cyborgs that always beat the sh*t out the Steve & Jamie.
