can't find program I installed

I installed freePOPs through Synaptic package manager, now I can't find it?
I'm new to ubuntu, so I'm used to programs just always being in the applications directory, where it's not
so how do I run this program? how would I add it to applications where it belongs?

If you log out and log back in usually it will be added to the menu.

I ran that code u gave me? what was it ment to do? just said there were no easter eggs?
